Simultaneous Interpreting
The interpreter speaks simultaneously with the speaker and, with a slight delay, translates the original speech into the listener's language. Simultaneous interpreting is used during conferences, training courses and lectures. To ensure a high-quality output, work is usually done in pairs. This type of interpreting is usually done using interpreting equipment, which I can procure on request.
Conference Interpreting
A type of simultaneous interpreting used primarily during conferences, congresses and training courses. Requires constant and intense concentration and is therefore always done with a pair of interpreters. The interpreters are separated from the listeners and speakers in a soundproof interpreting booth, ensuring the comfort of all participants.
Consecutive Interpreting
The interpreter and the speaker take turns. As a result, the event may last twice as long, which should be taken into account when planning the event. However, consecutive interpreting is preferable in certain situations, such as business meetings and appointments.
Accompanying Interpreting
The interpreter accompanies the client during business trips and work-related visits.
Interpreting Equipment
In the majority of cases, simultaneous interpreting requires interpreting equipment (booths or whisper set). I can procure such equipment in collaboration with professionals from Economic Service.
